the middle of the desert. The Venetian and The Palazzo have had an ice
rink during the winter months for a few years now, but the experience at
The Cosmopolitan is an all-encompassing blast from the snowy past.
In addition to an ice rink (and skate rental, if needed), visitors
can order winter-themed cocktails and cozy comfort food. There are fire
pits around which to warm up, and you can buy s'mores kits.
The Cosmopolitan has done a really good job of utilizing its outdoor
pool space for all it's worth, and this is no exception. In addition to
having these wintery activities available during the day to visitors and
locals alike, there are organized events such as Monday date skate nights and industry skate evenings that turn the rink into an outdoor club scene.
